Mike Stock, President/Project Executive

Mr. Stock received his Construction Management degree from Boise State University.  Since completing his degree, he has successfully managed high-profile, complex and challenging projects for the past 25 years, with over 20 years of experience in general construction and construction management industry. He combines practical field experience with technical knowledge to provide effective project management for clients in the advanced technology and commercial markets, including design build, and bid build. Mr. Stock performs overall program management, project management, cost, quality assurance, scheduling, safety and project controls for clients. He also manages teams to ensure that quality work is performed on time and within budget. 

Erik Holinka, Vice President/Project Manager

Mr. Holinka also received his Construction Management degree from Boise State University.  He has been part of the Stock team for over 10 years and brings over 20 years of experience successfully managing high profile construction projects.  He is currently a Project Manager and the Department Manager for commercial management support. He is responsible for all aspects of construction support for current projects, estimates, and proposals. This work includes the preparation of RFPs, project reporting, scheduling, cost controls, marketing and training. He also serves as estimating manager for all estimating services for design/build, schematic, change order and hard bid projects. He has extensive experience in construction coordination, quality control and inspection. 

Phil Leonardson, Lead Safety/Protocol Manager

Mr. Leonardson has over 25 years experience as an Environmental, Safety, and Healthy Manager.   He is responsible for safety training of all Stock CMS sub-contractors, the preparation and managements of JHA’s, safety and incident reporting, project safety, customer/contractor/sub-contractor relations, and quality control. He also interfaces with Client personnel and Production Management to promote an established safety culture. He has extensive experience in not only construction and general industry safety but is highly qualified and familiar with current construction methods.
